Returns and refunds

Thank you for shopping in My Arthole

Firstly I hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if for some reason you are not I do offer refund within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, refunds will not be available.

 

To be eligible for a refund the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

​​Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Shipping

  • Please contact me at : info@myarthole.com requesting a return address to which to send your returning item

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your item to arrive may vary.

  • I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Please ensure you use the most appropriate and secure service.
